(ORAL) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 407 read with Section 482 Cr.PC seeking transferring of the pending appeal bearing CRA-282021 titled as Judge Singh and another Vs. State of Haryana (Annexure P-2) which was filed by respondent Nos.2 and 3 challenging the judgment of conviction dated 04.03.2021 and order of sentence dated 05.03.2021 passed by Ld. JMIC, Karnal in case FIR No.80 dated 24.01.2017 under Sections 323/365/427 of IPC, 1860 registered at PS Sadar Karnal, District Karnal from the Courts of Ld. ASJ, Karnal to the Courts at SAS Nagar Mohali. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition as not pressed. Dismissed as not pressed.
