Learned counsel for the appellants states that she has no instructions in the matter.

The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Vide order dated 14.11.2023 notices were issued to the appellants. As per the service report, the appeal was filed on behalf of the appellant No.1-Firm through its partner Bal Krishan who is stated to have since died. Appellant No.2 is also Bal Krishan in the present appeal. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant No.2. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
