    This is the second petition for the grant of bail, pending trial, in a criminal case arising from FIR No.289, dated 21.11.2019, registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, 1985, at Police Station Kalanwali. The first bail application was dismissed on 10.06.2020 after noticing that the recovery from the petitioner falls in the commercial category and there is yet another case pending against the petitioner under the NDPS Act, 1985.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner although made sincere attempts, however, failed to draw the attention of the Court to any fresh ground for grant of bail.

Dismissed.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
