Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 for taking appropriate legal action in case FIR No. 8 dated 19.2.2016, registered under Sections 323, 324, 326, 506 & 34 IPC at Police Station Lambra, Jalandhar and to arrest respondents No. 4 to 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that no action has been taken by the police nor the accused persons have been arrested despite FIR having been registered after 11⁄2 years back and representation dated 16.5.2017 (Annexure P2) having been filed before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Rural, Jalandhar remain unattended. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar (Rural), is directed to look into the representation dated 16.5.2017 (Annexure P2) and take required action, if any, as per law.
