RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.063 dated 13.02.2018 registered under Sections 379 and 411 IPC at Police Station Sadar Thanesar, District Kurukshetra (Haryana). On instructions from ASI Rajinder Kumar, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 22.06.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
