NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The contempt is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 15.09.2015.

Reply is filed. As per the said reply, the order has been complied with to the extent that Naksha Bey has been approved but the private respondents have filed an appeal before the Collector. In view of the above, contempt petition is dismissed. Rule issued against the respondents stands discharged. However, if still aggrieved, petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedy as available to him under the law.
