R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jasvir Singh submits that FIR No. 6 dated 26.04.2014 was registered against son of petitioner no. 1 and husband of petitioner no. 3 and he was arrested in that FIR. Learned State counsel, however, submits that there is no FIR registered against the petitioners nor they are being called at the police station.
