The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Vide order dated 14.11.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the office report, appellant stands duly served. Respondent No.1 is also reported to have been served through his son. Respondent No.3 was not found residing at the given address. Respondent No.4 is stated to have died. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite service. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
