State of Punjab and others .............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Ravi Malhotra,Advocate for the petitioner Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Complainant has invoked jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.PC seeking quashing of the order dated 20.8.2014(P-1) whereby application of the prosecution under Section 319 Cr.PC for summoning Nanad, Jeth and Jethani as additional accused to face trial in the proceedings under Sections 406/498-A IPC has been dismissed; further challenge is to the order dated 7.4.2015(P-2) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar whereby her revision against P-1 has also been dismissed.

After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
