Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that against the judgment of the learned Single Judge of which the contempt is alleged, the respondents-State has filed an LPA i.e. LPA-1270-2026 and in the said case, as per instructions, notice of motion has been issued and interim order has also been passed in favour of the respondents. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present contempt petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to revive the same/file a fresh contempt petition in case the abovesaid fact is found to be not correct or after the decision of the said LPA in case any cause survives.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
