HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to conduct fair and proper investigation in case FIR No.347 dated 10.12.2017 under Sections 120B,420,467,468,471 IPC, registered at P.S Adampur, District Hisar. The allegations in the FIR are that land of Banwari Lal was fraudulently transferred by respondent Nos.5 & 6 by forging his power of attorney in the year 2007 despite the fact of said Banwari Lal having died in the year 1999. Even after more than a year of registration of the FIR, no worthwhile investigation has been carried out. The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 18.12.2018 (P.2) in this respect to the Sr. Superintendent of Police, Hisar- respondent No.3 requesting him to take action, however, no action thereon has been taken so far.
