Since this is appeal of the year 1997, so the same is disposed of with liberty to the appellant to get it revived, if they are able to find the current correct address of respondent No. 3 within a period of three months from today. 3.

Since the main appeal stands decided, the miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
