The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 14.12.2023 notices were issued to the appellant and respondent Nos.1 and 2. As per the service report, sole appellant stands duly served. However, there is no representation on her behalf despite service. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 also stand duly served. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
