It is contended that petitioner No.1 - Neelam Rani, aged about 18 years has got married with petitioner No.2- Jagdish Singh, aged about 24 years, against the wishes of her family members, arrayed as private respondents No. 4 to 6, who are threatening to interfere in their marital life, as such to seek protection in that regard, the petitioners have approached this Court by way of filing the present petition.

CRWP No. 3253 of 2020 -2At this stage, Mr. Kul Bhushan Raheja, Advocate has appeared alongwith Veena Rani, stated to be first wife of Jagdish Singh, petitioner No.2. He contends that Jagdish Singh has filed the present petition concealing the factum of his first marriage and rather Neelam Rani - petitioner No.1 is his sister-in-law i.e. younger sister of his first wife. In that way wrong affidavit has been filed. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Allowed.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
