Apprehending his arrest in FIR No.78 dated 22.8.2024, under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Joga, District Mansa, the petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking prearrest bail. 2.

Learned State counsel has filed status report by way of affidavit of Bhagirath Singh Meena, IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, Mansa in Court today. The same be kept on record. Copy thereof has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petition in hand has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner stands arrested.
