(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as FIR No.20 dated 27.01.2011, registered at Police Station Navi Baradari, Jalandhar, under Section 409 IPC, has already been quashed along with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, vide order dated 07.02.2018 passed by this Court in CRM-M-29266-2017 titled 'Deepak Chadha and another Vs. State of Punjab and another, therefore, the present petition is rendered infrucutous and the same be dismissed as such. Ordered accordingly.
