The instant appeal has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 09.02.2024, passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Sangrur and the application for setting aside the ex parte judgment and decree dated 18.10.2021 may also be allowed. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, the instant appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
