The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance and disobedience of order dated 10.09.2019 passed by Division Bench of this Court in CRM-M-43702-2017 and terms and conditions of settlement/agreement dated 09.09.2019.

Respondent No. 2-Raj Kumar Tayal who is appearing in person made a statement that he would be withdrawing all the complaints filed against the petitioner. 3.

In view of the statement made by respondent No. 2, order dated 10.09.2019 passed by Division Bench of this Court in CRM-M-43702-2017 has been duly complied with. Accordingly, the contempt is purged. Rule is discharged. 4.
