Vide order dated 22.11.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the office report, the sole appellant is stated to have died. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 stand duly served. Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are stated to have died. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 despite service. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant as well as respondent Nos.3 and 4 nor any counsel has put in appearance on their behalf. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for nonprosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
