**** HARI PAL VERMA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 123 dated 28.9.2016 under Sections 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Haibowal, Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated July 26, 2017 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurmeet Singh, does not dispute the aforesaid fact and states that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required at this stage. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. Since the petitioner has joined the investigation and his Gurpreet Singh Bhatia 2017.09.08 16:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh custodial interrogation is no more required, the present petition is allowed

CRM-M-25683 of 2017 -2and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 26.07.2017 is made absolute.
