Respondent No.6 remains unserved with the report that he resides in Calcutta since long. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of appellant Nos.1, 5 and

8. None has put in appearance on behalf of appellant Nos.2, 3, 4 and 7 despite service. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
