It was contended that the petitioner was residing at Chandigarh and the proclamation proceedings were undertaken at the address of Moga.

CRM-M 2656/2016(O&M) will be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the trial court. At the time of hearing today,learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to the order dated 25.1.2016 passed by this Court, petitioner surrendered before the trial court on 30.1.2016 and was granted interim bail,which fact is neither disputed by the learned State counsel nor by the counsel for the complainant. In this view of the matter, interim bail granted by the trial court on 30.1.2016 pursuant to the order dated 25.1.2016 passed by this Court, is made absolute.
Disposed of accordingly.
