The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in respect of FIR No.31 dated 11.2.2019 under Sections 323, 342, 354-B, 365, 452, 506, 34 IPC, Police Station Sadar Narwana, District Jind.

Learned State counsel upon instructions from SI Sarabjit Singh has submitted that pursuant to interim directions issued on 27.3.2019, the petitioner has joined investigation. Learned State counsel has further informed that offence under Section 354-B stands deleted and that challan already stands filed and that detention of petitioner is not required for any purpose.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, it is not a case which would warrant detention of petitioner at this stage. Accordingly the petition is accepted and the interim directions issued vide GAURAV SOROT 2019.11.18 16:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

(2) CRM-M-13729-2019 dated 27.3.2019 are hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court regularly and abide by any such condition as imposed by the Trial Court for ensuring his appearance regularly in the Trial Court.
