Prayer made in the present petition filed under Section 528 BNSS is for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to transfer the investigation of FIR No.484 dated 16.10.2024 under Sections 115, 304, 333 BNS, registered at Police Station Dabua, Faridabad (Annexure P1) to any other Higher Police Officer not below the rank of Superintendent of Police or to any independent agency like CBI or State Vigilance since the local police in collusion with the accused - respondents No.5 and 6 not doing fair and impartial investigation and also not taking any action against the accused person till date. 2.

None had appeared on 17.03.2026 on behalf of the petitioner, the position remains the same even today, despite the date having been informed telephonically to his learned counsel.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that challan in the present case has been presented on 29.04.2025 as also charges framed on the same very day. Three accused Ravinder, Manish Sahani and Ranjeet, have been arrested while one Mahul Banga has been found to be innocent and now the case is fixed for prosecution evidence.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. 5.

Disposed of accordingly.
