The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent Nos. 1 & 2 to present initial verification record of VR 62337. He is further seeking direction to respondent Nos. 1 & 3 to declare his actual date of birth as per original record of Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (for short, 'CISCE'). He is further seeking direction to respondents to stop his verbal harassment. 2.

The petitioner is an employee of Chandigarh Administration. His date of birth in his records is 27.05.1985 whereas scanned documents available with him mentioned his date of birth as 27.05.1987. He vide Application No. DR86335 dated 14.11.2025 and No. VR62337 dated 09.12.2025 requested for duplicate statement of marks and pass certificate. The respondent No. 2 verified

-2his pass certificate and dispatched the same by post which was received on 11.12.2025. He was asked on 29.12.2025 to email copy of statement of marks and registration card which he did. The respondent No. 3 vide letter dated 05.01.2026 asked him to return the originally signed documents as documents submitted for verification do not match with record of the CISCE. It was further intimated that if he fails, recourse of lodging FIR would be taken against him. It was also intimated that his request for duplicate statement of marks has been kept in abeyance due to mismatch in the date of birth. He filed police complaint on 08.01.2026. Police asked him to join enquiry on 12.01.2026. /
"0 Suresh Kumar recorded his statement on 12.01.2026. He received information that document verified by Reg. No. VR62337 has been falsified. He on 22.

01.2026 received mobile call from PS Osmania University. He on 23.01.2026 requested respondent No.3 to close police complaint. He assured to return original verification documents within one or two days. He sent original VR62337 to respondent No.3 on 24.01.2026. The respondent No.4 is harassing him. He on 09.02.2026 has received verification document from respondent No.2 falsifying pass certificate dated 05.01.2026.
