/0   ) This is a petition filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'BNSS'), for anticipatory bail, in a case arising out of FIR No.0002 dated 27.01.2025 under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC, 1860, Police Station Arif Ke, District Police Ferozepur.

Reply to the bail application has been filed by learned State counsel. The same be taken on record. A perusal of above-mentioned reply shows that the petitioner has already joined investigation and the police has already completed investigation. The above mentioned facts shows that custody of the petitioner is not required by the police and otherwise also the offence are triable by the Magistrate.
