Mr. CM Munjal, Advocate, for the petitioners Mr. J.S.Brar, AAG Punjab Mr. Sunil Chadha, Senior Advocate with Ms. Pallavi Singh, Advocate, for the complainant Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition. However, a prayer has been made that since the petitioners are senior citizens, aged from 67 to 76 years, their personal appearance be exempted from the trial court except if the trial court feels that their appearance is necessary for deciding particular issue. In view of which, directions are issued to the trial court to sympathetically consider prayer of the petitioners for exemption from personal appearance. However, it does not bar the trial court for seeking their appearance if need so arises.

The present petition stands disposed of.
