# the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of DDR No.28 dated 04.06.2013 under Sections 326/325/452/323/148/149 IPC in case FIR No.54 dated 04.06.2013 under Sections 323/325/326/34 IPC registered at Police Station Harike, District Tarn Taran and all consequences arising out of the said DDR qua petitioners No.1 to 5 are quashed. The petition stands allowed qua petitioners No.1 to 5 namely Sukhwinder Singh, Harvinder Singh, Gurbhej Singh, Baltejwinder Singh @ Babba and Gurlal Singh, and is dismissed qua petitioner No.6 Gurjant Singh.
