Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to direct respondents to investigate FIR No.207 dated 29.06.2010, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 325 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Hodal, District Faridabad.

Learned State counsel has submitted that challan has already been presented in the Court after investigation of the case.

Since the challan has already been presented in the
