"#$ !% Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner Mukesh in case FIR No.145 dated 03.08.2013 registered at Police Station Siwani under Sections 148/149/302/323/325/506/427/120B IPC. It is inter alia argued that the petitioner was found innocent during investigations and that subsequently in exercise of powers under Section 319 Cr.P.C. he has been summoned as an accused and seeks parity with his co;accused namely Anoop and Virender who have been similarly placed and allowed anticipatory bail by this Court RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.09.11 16:43 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court

In view of the principle of parity, it will suffice the purpose and ends of justice if the petitioner is directed to put in appearance before the trial Court within ten days from today and on his doing so he shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
