The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in case FIR No.114 dated 18.11.2023, under Sections 354, 354-A IPC, 1860 and Sections 8, 10 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Sarangpur, Chandigarh.

The prosecutrix is 11 years of age and she has supported the prosecution case.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
