(ORAL) The present petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to look into the complainants dated 09.04.2017 and 01.06.2017 (Annexures P-1 & P-2) and further to conduct fair and proper investigation into the matter.

It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has already moved complainants dated 09.04.2017 and 01.06.2017 (Annexures P-1 & P-2) before Commissioner of Police, Jallandhar City in this regard and that petitioner will be satisfied if respondent No.2, i.e. Commissioner of Police, Jallandhar City is directed to look into the complainants dated 9.4.2017 and 1.06.2017 (Annexures P-1 & P-2), already made to him by the petitioner in this regard. CRM-M-25729-2017 -2In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the claim raised by the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2, i.e. Commissioner of Police, Jallandhar City to look into the complainants dated 9.4.2017 and 1.06.2017 (Annexures P-1 & P-2), in accordance with law, already stated to have been moved to him by the petitioner, in this regard within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
