RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioners un-necessarily.

Learned State counsel referring to the short reply by way of affidavit of Sh. Rajinder Kumar, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Investigation), Ferozepur, District Ferozepur, submits that petitioners were neither required in any case nor they were ever called in the police station.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case, the petitioners are required for any interrogation by the police, one week's prior notice shall be issued to them under Section 160 Cr.P.C.
