Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that an amount of ₹1,70,000/- is due and that a post-dated cheque of 07.06.2025 amounting to ₹1,70,000/- has been handed over to the learned counsel for the respondent in Court today towards full and final settlement of the amount. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in Court, assures the Court that the cheque shall be honoured.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
