(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.67 dated 04.05.2018 registered under Sections 384 and 342 IPC at Police Station Canal Colony, District Bathinda. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he may permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and prays that the trial Court be directed to decide the regular bail application of the petitioner on the same day. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court and move an application for regular bail, the same will be decided expeditiously.
