ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after registration of the FIR, no further action is being taken and investigation has not yet been completed. He further contends that a representation dated 03.05.2017 (Annexure P2) was given to Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala and the same has not been decided so far.

This petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala to look into the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of the same expeditiously either by himself or through some other senior official within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
