Learned State counsel at the outset submits that State has not been able to file reply to the writ petition. The matter may, therefore be relegated to the writ court for decision afresh.

Learned counsel for the appellant has no objection. His only apprehension is that by the time the matter is decided, all the seats of Pharmacists may be filled.

Taking note of his contention, we relegate the parties before the learned Single Judge for appropriate proceedings. It is, however, directed that one post of Pharmacist shall be kept reserved till the decision of the writ petition.
