The present petitioner has been filed under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to register a criminal case against respondents No.4 to 7 who have sold shamlat land (thola) in village Dhubaldhan Dhikiyan. Heard.

As the directions have already been issued vide order dated 19th May, 2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No.M-24294 of 2013 to look into all the sale transaction of shamlat land of Thola Brahmin of village Dhubaldhan Dhikiyan, no fresh direction is required to be passed in this petition.

Dismissed.
