The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Vide order dated 10.01.2024 notice was issued to the appellant and as per the office report the appellant stands duly served through its Branch Manager. However, none has put in appearance on its behalf despite service. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
