Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Present petition is directed against the summoning order dated 18.10.2012(P-2) whereby she has been impleaded as a party in a complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act,1881. At the time of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner realising that the proper remedy is to file a revision under Section 397 Cr.PC before the Court of Sessions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy before the appropriate Court.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 18.11.2015.
