The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0118 dated 30.05.2018 registered under Sections 354-B IPC and under Sections 3 & 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012 at Police Station Nathana, District Bathinda. 2.
By an order dated 12.07.2019 while noting that the matter had been compromised between the parties, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation. 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from the investigating officer submits that petitioner has joined investigation.
