**** Manjari Nehru Kaul, J.(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC seeking permission to go abroad for a period of six months in case FIR No.80 dated 19.07.2022 under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 120-B IPC (Section 201 IPC added later on) registered at P.S. Sadar Kapurthala. On a perusal of the paper book, it transpires that an application seeking similar relief for going to Canada has already been filed before the Court below and is pending consideration for 10.04.2023. In the circumstances, this Court does not deem it appropriate to entertain the instant petition and the same stands dismissed. At this stage, a prayer has been made by the learned counsel that the Court below be directed to decide his application expeditiously.
