Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.04, dated 03.01.2015, under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120 B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Division No.4, Ludhiana. Prosecution story in brief is that the petitioner had executed sale deed in favour of complainant qua the house in question, although, the same had been mortgaged with the Bank and the petitioner has not repaid the loan amount to the Bank so far.
Heard.
Petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2015 and is not required for further investigation. Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Assistant Sub. Inspector Rampal Singh, has submitted that the challan has been prepared in this case and will be soon presented in the court. Conclusion of trial may take time.
