Present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 13.12.2023 fresh notices were issued to the parties. As per the office report, sole appellant is stated to have died. However, none has come forward to be impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 stand duly served, however, none has put in appearance on their behalf. Respondent No.3 is stated to have died. Respondent No.4 remains unserved with the report that he is not residing at the given address. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
