M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) Petitioner allegedly in the capacity as Vice Principal of a Coaching Centre had obtained money from the complainant Pushpa Devi in connivance with co-accused Vinay Bose to get VISA for son of the complainant. He has been in custody w.e.f., 28.7.2013. The matter appears to have been compromised. The trial is likely to take a long time. No useful purpose will be served by keeping the petitioner in custody after challan having been presented. The petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
