(ORAL) By way of this peon filed under Arcle 226/227 of the Constuon of India peoner, who was defendant No.2 before the Court, assailed order dated 13.08.2024 (Annexure P-2), order dated 12.11.2024 (Annexure P-3) and order dated 14.01.2025 (Annexure P-4) passed by the trial Court during the proceedings of Civil Suit No.577 of 2016 tled as Pawandeep Singh Vs. Kapil Batra Producons and Others. However, today it is informed by learned counsel for the peoner that main suit itself has already been decided by the trial Court. In these circumstances, the present peon has been rendered as infructuous. However, peoner will be at liberty to raise all the pleas as taken in the peon, before the Appellate Court, by challenging the final judgment. Disposed of accordingly.
