The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Vide order dated 03.05.2024 fresh notices were issued to the parties returnable 23.05.2024. On the previous date i.e. 23.05.2024 notices have not been received back served or otherwise.

As per the Office report, the sole appellant and respondent No.2 remain unserved due to incomplete address. There is no other address available with the Court for effecting service on the appellant except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by the Courts below and is the same on which the notice was sent. 4.
