ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 01.08.2018 vide which a direction was issued to dispose of the representation.

Reply by way of affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Divisional Batala, is on record and as per the reply by conducting an enquiry, a speaking order has already been passed. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
