ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Having suffered concurrent findings by both the Courts below, defendant/appellants are in second appeal assailing the learned trial Court judgment and decree dated 29.09.1995, as upheld by learned First Appellate Court vide its judgment and decree dated 09.03.1996, decreeing the suit for recovery of Rs.76,226.70 filed by the respondent/plaintiff-Bank.

While none appears for respondent-Bank, on the other hand, learned counsel for appellants submits that appellants have fully satisfied all the outstanding dues of bank and 'No Objection Certificate' has also been issued by the bank. Pursuant to same, instant appeal is rendered infructuous and may be disposed of accordingly. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement, instant appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
