ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) The petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.186 dated 03.06.2015, registered under Sections 420/120B IPC, Police Station Sushant Lok, District Gurugram.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to order dated 05.06.2020, both the petitioners have joined the investigation and have fully cooperated in the same. He further submits that the petitioners will make themselves available before the trial Court and in the event of their nonappearance, they shall be liable to face the consequences in accordance with law.

Learned State counsel has not controverted the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation and further custodial interrogation of the petitioners is no more required.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of the petitioners is no more required and they have already joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, the petition is allowed.
